QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT HOTEL INFORMATION

Out of town teams who will be staying in a hotel during the qualifying tournament must stay in one of our tournament hotels. Teams not staying in one of our hotels can be disqualified from the league. This is a requirement!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

When you call to make your reservations, you must mention Lake Highlands Girls Classic League to get the special tournament rate.

	You must call to make your reservations for the first weekend absolutely no later than Wednesday, July 28, 2004.
	For teams who qualify for the second weekend, you must call to make reservations for the second weekend absolutely no later than Wednesday, August 4. This is essential!
	You will be required to furnish the hotel with a rooming list.
	You must list your hotel on your entry form.
