PLAYING FORMAT FOR UNDER 11 (97’s)

39 Teams trying out for 30 spots: 10 Division I, 10 Division II, and 10 Division III

ROUND 1: (54 games)

 Teams will be seeded into 8 Brackets of 4 and 2 Brackets of 3.

 The 4-team and 3-team Brackets will play all other teams within their Bracket.

After Round 1, the six teams with the highest percentile of points earned (team’s percentile = points earned/total possible points) from the 10 Bracket winners will qualify for the league in Division I.  The remaining Bracket winners and all of the 2^nd place teams will advance to the Round 2 Gold Flight.  The two remaining teams with the highest percentile of points earned will also advance to the Round 2 Gold Flight.  After those two teams are advanced to the Round 2 Gold Flight, the remaining team with the highest percentile of points earned will be qualified for the league in Division III.  All the remaining teams will advance to the Round 2 Silver Flight.

 ROUND 2: (48 games)

The Gold Flight teams will be seeded into 4 Brackets of 4.  The Silver Flight will be seeded into 4 Brackets of 4.
