NO SPRING COACHES/MANAGERS MEETING

¬ (1) $650 league fee check made payable to LHGCL ($300 for U19 teams); and (2) a spring roster¬ For teams whose home association prints out computerized rosters, please turn in a copy of the current spring computerized roster with a current date, signed by your home association registrar in lieu of the add/transfer/delete sheets.  All adds, deletes, and transfers will print out at the bottom of the computerized roster. 

If your home association does not use computerized rosters and your roster changed at all, you must turn in a copy of your Add/Transfer/Delete sheet (signed by home association registrar.) ¬ If you had no roster changes, you must turn in one Add/Transfer/Delete sheet signed by your home association registration with "NO CHANGES" written across the front.

PAPERWORK TO YOUR COMMISSIONER!

EVERY TEAM MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT AND MUST BRING TO THE MEETING:

1) Fall registration fee ($650) (make checks payable to LHGCL)

NOTE:  To All Under 11 teams: LHGCL requires each Under 11 team to participate in the league's "Meet the Referee Program." This will increase your league fees by $25. Check with your U11 commissioner for details.

2) ONE copy of the team’s fully registered, signed NTSSA roster

3) ONE copy of the team’s Got Soccer roster printed from the webpage where the roster appears in your Got Soccer account

4) A list of your players and the school (and school district) they attend. List must show school and school district for each player by name and must be on 8 ½ by 11 inch paper. Pages torn out of notebooks will not be accepted.

5) WRITTEN special scheduling requests (if any) for the 2008-2009 Soccer Year (fall & spring seasons). All special requests must be made in writing and turned in to your Age Division Commissioner at the coaches'/managers' meeting. YOU MUST be very specific about each special request and YOU MUST list a reason for each request and how many players are affected or the request will be ignored. Requests must be submitted on 8 ½ by 11 inch paper. Pages torn out of notebooks will not be accepted.

6) A list of coaching conflicts (with teams in LHGCL only) for the 2008-2009 Soccer Year (fall & spring seasons). We will do our best to schedule around coaching conflicts for two teams only.
