2.  All LHGCL Officers, Directors and/or other appointed officials are members of the Classic League.

B.  Qualification for League. Qualification for entry into LHGCL will be determined by the LHGCL Board of Directors and in accordance with the League Rules as they may apply from time to time based on the number and quality of teams seeking entry.

C. Voting Rights. Each LHGCL Officer and Director shall be entitled to one vote, as set forth in these bylaws. All other Members shall be represented through the team with which they are associated. Each team shall be entitled to one vote per team on each matter submitted to a vote of the Members. Voting by proxy is not allowed at Board of Directors meetings or Team Representative meetings. A team representative must be present at each meeting where a vote is taken for the team to be able to vote. D. Termination of Membership. LHGCL is an INVITATIONAL LEAGUE; therefore all entry into the League is subject to the approval of the LHGCL Board of Directors. Membership in the Classic League is a privilege, not a right. Individual and/or team membership may be terminated or suspended by the Board of Directors or Appeals & Disciplinary Committee (“A&D Committee”), for actions and/or conduct prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of the Classic League, its program, policies, objectives, and/or harmonious relationship of its members, as determine by the Board of Directors or the A&D Committee of the Classic League. Any member suspected or accused of conduct prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of the Classic League shall be given the right to appear before the Board of Directors or the A&D Committee, whichever is appropriate, before such suspension or termination of membership is imposed. Nonpayment of fees is reason for termination of membership.

E.  Members to Comply. All Members agree to abide by the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, League Rules and policies (whether written or unwritten) of LHGCL.
